Our Return Policy
We approach returns on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products and services, and we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Our philosophy is to treat customers fairly and reasonably, believing that this mutual respect leads to positive outcomes. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If we issue a refund without a record of sale, we will ask for personal identification and provide a refund at the current price on a Boutique LC Gift Card.
Need to make a return? You can easily print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code for eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return items in-store. Please ensure that items are paired with the correct packaging and label. Items sent to us incorrectly, with the wrong label, or that don’t meet our return criteria will not be refunded or returned to you.
We now accept eligible returns of Boutique LC and BoutiqueLC.net merchandise at BoutiqueLC locations. Please note that fine jewelry, designer items, and Boutique LC products purchased at Boutique LC or BoutiqueLC.net cannot be returned to Boutique LC stores.
